PICNIC BASKET - LIMITED EDITION

Invite your teddy bear, doll, mother, father or your very best friend for a picnic. You can take the picnic basket to the woods, park or beach, or into the garden or courtyard. Serve your guest delicious goodies, including tortilla wraps, sandwiches, fruit, cake and mouth-watering juice or lovely hot cocoa from the thermos flask.
It comes with a picnic rug that matches the picnic basket and the beautiful wooden tableware. The toy food is assembled with Velcro.  

Poul Erik & Anette Astrup Pedersen have owned ASTRUP Group A/S (formerly AM-leg) for 25 years, where they started out by making dolls' clothes and accessories. They later fell in love with wooden toys, their love of role-playing games led to MAMAMEMO®. Later came byASTRUP® - in loving memory of their late daughter, Marie.
On the occasion of their 25th anniversary, they took a look at one of their very first wooden product designs for MAMAMEMO®: the Picnic Basket. In the first picnic basket, the fabric was red with white dots, and contained a matching picnic rug and a set of food that included sausage rolls, biscuits and fruit. The 2022 picnic basket has been updated, featuring new Nordic colours and new tasty contents.

The basket is Limited Edition.
Only a limited number have been produced – 2,500 pcs. – each one numbered on an enclosed certificate.

In addition to the basket and tablecloth, the set includes 35 elements:
